C Zone

C Zone is a physical performance in an art hotel. Drifting through women’s thoughts, concerns, and feelings, it reflects on growth, ageing, and commemoration. The performance appears as unexpected encounters across several hotel locations. Piano, guzheng, and electronic music collide; Xiao Ke moves a suitcase through the space to unfold a story of the female body, while Zi Han’s video connects the memories of three women.

The crowded audience holds the performance in place. An energy about to be released is pressed down by the crowd, mirroring the reality of women in their social roles.
